Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet.

It is amazing the amount of nutrients contained in one egg, (specifically the yolk). Almost every vitamin and mineral required by our body is accounted for in one single egg.

Eggs keep you full.

Protein and fats from eggs are filling, which reduces sugar spikes, reduces hunger cravings and results in eating fewer calories. Eating eggs for breakfast can get your diet on the right track for the day by limiting your cravings and reducing your caloric intake.

Eggs help keep your eyes and brain working like they’re supposed to.

There are two powerfully protective antioxidants in egg yolks that are absorbed by the retina part of the eye.  One egg has thirty percent of the daily recommendation of Choline, a vitamin most people don’t know exists, yet our brain needs in order to be healthy, motivated and focused.

High quality protein.

There are more than six grams of protein in one large egg. And the protein is the best kind, with all nine of the body’s essential amino acids included so that our bodies can make full use of them. The amino acids repair and build muscle as well as promote bone health.

Eggs are simply great all around.

Besides all of the jam-packed nutriets loaded in each egg, they are cheap and versatile. They can be scrambled, hard-boiled, poached, deviled, and any other way you can think of.
So… eat more eggs!
