- 1 orange
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 2 lemons
- 1 lime
- 1 bottle white wine, cold (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling – dry)
- 1 cup Limoncello
- 3 cups Prosecco or club soda
Cut citrus fruits into ¼” thick rounds. Add wine, fruit and Limoncello to a large pitcher.
Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4-6 hours. Just before serving, add Prosecco or club soda.
Pour into ice-filled glasses, garnish with citrus slices from the pitcher.
