Citrus Sangria

  • 1 orange
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bottle white wine, cold (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling – dry)
  • 1 cup Limoncello
  • 3 cups Prosecco or club soda


Cut citrus fruits into ¼” thick rounds. Add wine, fruit and Limoncello to a large pitcher.

Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4-6 hours. Just before serving, add Prosecco or club soda.

Pour into ice-filled glasses, garnish with citrus slices from the pitcher.
