Coconut Mojito

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1 ¼ oz. white rum
  • ½ oz. coconut rum
  • 1 ¼ oz. cream of coconut
  • 1 cup chilled club soda
  • Lime, fresh mint, grated coconut (garnish)
  • Ice


In a mixing tin muddle 6 mint leaves, 3 lime wedges and sugar. Add white rum, coconut rum, and cream of coconut. Fill shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into highball filled with ice. Top with cold club soda and garnish with lime wedge, mint, and
coconut if desired.
