Red Velvet Martini

Ingredients

For the martini:

  • 2 oz. Pinnacle Cake Vodka
  • ½ oz. Creme de Cacao
  • ¼ oz. grenadine
  • Pinch of powdered sugar
  • Cream cheese frosting
  • Red velvet cupcake (store bought)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Method

Rim a martini glass with frosting. Dust frosting with sprinkles. Combine Pinnacle Cake Vodka, Creme de Cacao, powdered sugar and grenadine in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Serve with a mini red velvet cupcake.
