Luck O’ the Irish

Ingredients 

  • 4 oz. Reposado Tequila
  • 2 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz. peach schnapps
  • 1 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 8-12 oz. pineapple juice 
  • (more or less to taste)
  • Crushed ice (optional)
  • 2 lime wheels 
  • Gold sugar sprinkles 
  • Corn syrup

 

Method

Pour sugar crystals onto small plate. Rim tops of glasses with corn syrup. Dip rims of glasses in sugar crystals to coat. Add crushed ice to shaker tin along with tequila, Curacao, schnapps, whiskey, Aperol, and both juices. Shake, then strain into glasses evenly. Garnish with lime wheel.
