- 2 ounces pumpkin spice vodka
- 1 ounce spiced rum
- ½ ounce whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 ounce maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes
- maple syrup, graham crackers, cinnamon, granulated sugar
- nutmeg, cinnamon stick
For the rim: Finely grind one graham cracker. Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Rim glass in maple syrup then roll in graham cracker mixture. Place in refrigerator to chill.
For the martini: In a mixing tin, combine vodka, rum, milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, ice, and vanilla. Shake until well chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
