Makes 4 servings
- 2 medium fresh peaches, halved, pit removed, chopped
- Juice of 2 lemons, plus extra for garnish
- 8 ounces Coney Island Carlo Bourbon Whiskey
- 4 ounces peach flavored brandy
- 4 ounces agave nectar
- Jarritos Tamarind soda
- Mason jars
Peel peaches, discard skins. Cut in half, remove pits, chop into chunks. Add peach chunks to blender. Add lemon juice. Puree mixture. Add bourbon, brandy, and agave. Blend well.
Fill jars with ice. Divide mixture between 4 jars. Top with Tamarind soda. Garnish with lemon slice.
