RECIPE: adapted Creative Culinary
2 ripe peaches, washed and sliced (1 for cocktail, 1 for garnish)
2 oz. peach vodka
5 oz. Simply Lemonade
1 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water – boiled until sugar dissolves)
1 oz. Kentucky bourbon whiskey
Mint sprigs and peach slices (garnish)
Place slices from one peach in a mixing tin and muddle until soft. Add remaining ingredients along with some ice – shake well. Pour (strain if you don’t like pieces of fruit in your glass) over ice in lowball glasses and garnish with fresh peach slice and mint sprig.
